Presented in a wooden box of 6 bottles. Only 50 boxes available. Limit of 4 boxes per member. Welcome to the allocation release of our 2019 ‘Wilton Hill’ Shiraz. 

 Truly single vineyard, it has been 15 years in the making — an opportunity to flex, show site, explore what's possible within our beloved Barossa. With 84 acres under vine, 'Wilton Hill' boasts 8 different varieties and 11 different clones of Shiraz vines. A small 1929 Shiraz block provides the fruit for ‘Wilton Hill’ and represents less than 0.5% of our total wine production. The vineyard owes its name to its hilltop position above ‘Wilton’, an old town in Flaxman Valley. Originally farmed by 1852 settlers, the Pohlner family, it's now tended by the Mattschoss family, 6th generation Barossan farmers. The inspiration behind the “Wilton Hill” ambigram on our label is owed to this site's unique orientation atop the Barossa Ranges from where both the Barossa and Eden Valleys can be seen.
