This Shiraz was farmed by the De Ruiter Family and comes from a 132 year old vineyard planted near Nuriootpa at 230m altitude on the bank of the North Para River. The vines sit on river sediment with sandy brown loamy soils. Completely de-stemmed with a natural ferment and zero additions. 25% new French barriques for 18 months. Numbered bottles.
