Wilton Hill is sourced from an Old Vine Shiraz vineyard at 500m altitude on top of the Barossa Ranges. The soil profile is a mix of shallow sandy loam, limestone and ironstone over orange/yellow clay and rose quartz. Only bottled when Mother Nature permits the complexity and length of flavour; the things we cannot create ourselves.
