Wilton Hill is sourced from an Eden Valley Old Vine Clone Shiraz vineyard planted 1965 at 500m altitude on top of the Barossa Ranges. The bunches are hand selected and 100% whole-bunch fermented with gentle foot-treading and basket-pressing. The soil profile is a mix of shallow sandy loam, limestone and ironstone over orange/yellow clay and rose quartz.
