Wilton Hill is sourced from an old clone Eden Valley Shiraz vineyard on top of the Barossa Ranges. The bunches are hand selected and partial whole-bunch fermented with gentle foot-treading. The vineyard's unique soil profile is a mix of shallow sandy loam and orange clay over limestone, ironstone and rose quartz.
